I suck!

Apparently I suck at keeping up with this!  Well, I have been doing great with running so far!  No knee injury in a while.  I feel more fit than before.  Weights and the TRX band have become my new favorite thing at the gym.

Definitely take it from me that you will have to do a mix of cardio and weight training to get the results that you want.

I am running the Solider Field 10 Mile Race tomorrow, so I will definitely post more about my experience there!
