Back in the Swing of Things

After a trip to Denver and then a week with the Flu, I am back on the saddle.  Yesterday was my workout with Courtney.  This was an excruciating workout.  

The Bosu Ball kicked my ass!
- squats
- lunges
- side abs
- dead bug
- leg extenders with a crunch
- jumping squats
- push ups with your feet on the ball
- plank with your feet on the ball
- walking hands out and in with your feet on the ball.  
- tri dips

There was so much more, but it was all a blur to me.

Today, I have dinner plans with a friend.  I am going straight to the gym after work and running 3 miles.  I am then driving home and doing abs while my shower warms up.  I suggested bowling tonight (to keep myself moving), but she suggested dinner before.  I have a feeling we will just be going to dinner.

Denver Tomorrow

I leave for Denver tomorrow for a long weekend.  I am so excited to see my friend.  I am also super nervous about snowboarding.  I have never been.  This should be interesting.  

Tonight will be a long great workout.  My knee has been bothering me lately, so I need to concentrate on rolling it out and stretching.

I am down 7 lbs since September.  Yay!!!!!  

I would like to be down 13 more lbs by February.

2013

After a night of good people and a great time, I am heading home. Hopefully 2013 will be a better year than last. Everyone always has New Year's resolutions, but I started mine last September - a healthier lifestyle.
