After a trip to Denver and then a week with the Flu, I am back on the saddle. Yesterday was my workout with Courtney. This was an excruciating workout.
The Bosu Ball kicked my ass!
- squats
- lunges
- side abs
- dead bug
- leg extenders with a crunch
- jumping squats
- push ups with your feet on the ball
- plank with your feet on the ball
- walking hands out and in with your feet on the ball.
- tri dips
There was so much more, but it was all a blur to me.
Today, I have dinner plans with a friend. I am going straight to the gym after work and running 3 miles. I am then driving home and doing abs while my shower warms up. I suggested bowling tonight (to keep myself moving), but she suggested dinner before. I have a feeling we will just be going to dinner.
