Training

- V on Bosu 45 sec
- 25 push-ups
- straight leg raise 10
- v on mat 45 sec
- lunges with 25 lb kettle bell 10 each side
- sumo squats with 25 lb kettle bell
- TRX triceps
- TRX push-ups
- TRX rows on heels
- lunge (one foot on bosu) with 25 lb kettle bell
- 50 jumping jacks
- 50 mountain climbers

Repeat 3xs

Calories burned 400 in 1 hour

Weight Watchers

I have been following weight watchers for a while now.  There are so many great tools that are online.  I have been using the "old" weight watchers points system.  I am allowed 23 points a day.  I try to have 20 because I know I always go slightly over.  Below are list of amazing websites for points values:

Today I will train with Courtney.  I need it after a weekend of fatty and fried foods.
