2014

Wow - This is my first post in 2014.  I am slacking with my blogging, but I am not slacking in the gym.  My schedule is super hectic this year, but I am fitting in fitness and nutrition in as many ways as I can.  Remember to celebrate the tiny steps.  

Here is a typical week for me: 

Monday: Lunchtime weights at the gym and evening run before class.
Tuesday: Lunchtime weights at the gym focusing on abs.
Wednesday: HIIT run after work or a 4 mile run.
Thursday: Total Body Jillian Michael's DVD or a run / weights at the gym.
Friday: Lunchtime weights / abs workout.

We are moving at the end of February, and I am excited to announce that we have a gym in our new place!!!!  I am SO excited to start working out at home more.  I know that I will workout more on the weekends because I don't actually have to leave the building to go!
