Back in 2008, I started this workout journal. I didn't post every workout I ever did in my journal, but I did create a mini training manual for myself. My journal is full of workouts from trainers, magazine articles, and motivational articles. This is a great way for me to stay on track. Unfortunately, I lost my journal until 2013, but at least I found it again!
