5 minute warm up with 1 minute intervals of elliptical then weights (10 reps/3 sets)

- Chest Press 30 lbs
- Lat Row 40 lbs
- Arm Curl 30 lbs
- 7 routine Abs
- Triceps dips TRX
- Push Ups TRX
- Rows TRX
