Day 18

Saturday, September 29th.  I went to bed at 5 am this morning and woke up at 11 am.  I need to get a better night's sleep.  I was able to get up and go running this morning (or afternoon).  

I ran 2.5 miles.
Jumped Rope for 10 minutes.
5 Minutes of Abs.
Stretching.
