I had training with Courtney today. She kicked by butt. Here is a taste of what we did:

- TRX Triceips
- Bosu Abs (a ton)
- Squat Jumps
- Push Ups with the Bosu Ball
- Side Planks
- Planks
- Stationary Running on the Bosu Ball
- Sit Ups with 6 lbs. Medicine Ball
